Unification of Bulgaria: Celebrations were held in Plovdiv and Sofia
On this day in Plovdiv, the Unification of Bulgaria was announced, the dedication of Zahari Stoyanov was read, the flag of Eastern Rumelia was taken down and the Bulgarian flag was raised.
Bulgarian Traffic Police found 61 Migrants Abandoned in a Truck
This morning, shortly before 8:00 a.m., in the area of the intersection between Burgas streets "Zahari Stoyanov" and "Georgi Panov" traffic police at the OD of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas noticed a crashed vehicle - a truck with a falling board, without a driver.
61 migrants were found in the truck. They are men, about 25 years old.

New High-Tech Theater Performance Premieres in Bulgaria
Director of the National palace of Culture Miroslav Borshosh and director Yavor Gurdev presented their newest project Quartet: Dangerous Liasions Until the End of the World, based on the play by Heiner Müller.
The play will be shown merely 6 times per year and the main parts will be played by Snejina Petrova (Mertoi) and Zahari Baharov (Valmont).
Bulgarian Movie Ombre Hits Cinemas Today
Ombre is a Balkan western, or actually an ''eastern'' as the cast and crew often refer to it.
Based on the novel by Emil Tonev, the plot revolves around a modern-day interpretation of legendary productions like Once Upon a Time in the West (1968).
''The story will always be interesting, combining the western and the ''eastern'' so to say,'' said actor Valeri Yordanov.
