Usyk stops Dubois to retain world heavyweight titles
Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine retained his world heavyweight titles with a ninth-round knockout of Britain's Daniel Dubois in Wroclaw, Poland on Aug. 26.
Victory meant Usyk kept hold of the World Boxing Association, World Boxing Organization and International Boxing Federation belts.
It also extended his perfect professional record to 21 wins from 21 bouts.
Tyson Fury Knocked Out Deontay Wilder Again
Tyson Fury defended his World Boxing Council title in the heavyweight division after knocking out Deontay Wilder in the 11th round of the third clash between the two. In Las Vegas, Fury dominated most of the game, although he was sent down twice and knocked down in the fourth round.

Slovenia’s Ema Kozin declared best WBF woman boxer of 2020
Ljubljana – The World Boxing Federation (WBF) has declared Slovenia’s Ema Kozin the best WBF woman boxer of the year 2020, while her coach Rudi Pavlin has in turn been declared the best WBF coach in the last year. This is a second WBF award for Kozin, who last year won the award for the best women’s fight of the year.
Former heavyweight champion Sam dead at 41
World-renown professional Turkish boxer Sinan ?amil Sam, a former heavyweight champion, died on Oct. 30 at a hospital in Istanbul. He was 41.
?am had been under treatment at the hospital for liver failure.
The former champion's family said the doctors did everything they could to keep ?am alive and his funeral would be held in Ankara on Oct. 31.
