Security high at Brussels stations after man exploded device
A Belgian government official said security will remain high on June 21 at Brussels rail facilities after a man blew up an explosive device at the city's Central Station.
11 Employees banned access to Tihange nuclear plant
According to Belgian network Rtbf, 11 employees have been banned from entering the Tihange nuclear plant, after the twin attacks in Brussels, Tuesday. The network reports that there had been an initial ban on 7 employees following the arrest of Salah Abdeslamm, but 4 more were banned access after the two terrorist attacks.
Belgium widens hunt with Brussels on maximum alert
Belgium widened its search on Nov. 22 for armed Islamist extremists whose presence has put Brussels on maximum alert, with officials saying more than one militant was at large in the city.
The alert has closed the capital's metro system, although a senior minister said it was likely to reopen on Nov. 23.
