21 years have gone by

Hundreds of thousands of people from all over Serbia protested against the non-recognition of the results of the presidential elections by the then regime.
It is 21 years since the mass demonstrations of the citizens of Serbia that led to the departure from power of the President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Slobodan Milosevic.

October 5 – (un)forgotten

Almost two decades seem to have eaten all the ties that the October 5th spirit has barely held on to, in recent years. The day before this year's October 5th, there were no announcements, no reminders, not even statements by the former main actors of Milosevic's downfall.

BELGRADE - Today marks 16 years since October 5, 2000, and the overthrow of the then president of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) Slobodan Milosevic, after mass demonstrations of supporters of the Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS).
