Belgrade Days to be held in Moscow
BELGRADE/MOSCOW - Belgrade Days - a three-day event that will feature a business day, a culture day and a sports day - is to be held in Moscow on May 25-27.
Serbian and Russian businesspeople will meet on the opening day. Musician and composer Goran Bregovic will perform a concert on the culture day, with director Emir Kusturica to screen films.

BELGRADE - The 10th Kustendorf Film and Music Festival will kick off at Drvengrad in Mokra Gora, western Serbia, on Saturday, with its competitive programme to feature 22 short films by young authors.

Putin awards Serbian film director Kusturica
Film director Emir Kusturica is among cultural workers awarded this year by Russian President Vladimir Putin, TASS has reported.
The Order of Friendship is given to Kusturica for his "significant contribution to promoting friendship and cooperation between peoples."

Hungarian director wins "Golden Egg" at Kustendorf festival
The awards ceremony marked the end of the 9th edition of the Kustendorf Film and Music Festival on Wednesday evening.
This year's Golden Egg award went to Hungarian director David Borbas for his movie "Wartburg."
Eighth Kustendorf opens with unusual performance
MECAVNIK, - The eighth international festival Kustendorf opened with an unusual performance and fireworks in Drvengrad (Timber Town) in the tourist center Mecavnik in the nature park Mokra Gora.
The founder and director of the festival, renowned Serbian film director Emir Kusturica, welcomed distinguished guests of the festival with bread, salt and slivovitz (plum brandy).

Mikhalkov, Tavernier, Konchalovsky, Cuaron at Kustendorf
BELGRADE - The 8th Kustendorf International Film and Music Festival, which begins at Drvengrad in Mecavnik on Wednesday, now also has celebrated Russian director Nikita Mikhalkov on its guest list.
Confirmed guests include famous director Andrey Konchalovsky, Mexican-American director Alfonso Cuaron, as well as cult French director Bertrand Tavernier.
