Eight Greek universities were included in the latest QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) global university rankings against the background of lively debates to review the Greek Constitution's Article 16, which prohibits the establishment of private universities, thus reducing competitiveness in the higher education landscape, as well as violating democratic principles.

10 Turkish universities feature on top in global ranking

Ten Turkish universities, with three of them in the top 500, have made it into the top 1,000 of the 2024 QA World University Rankings.

QS Quacquarelli Symonds - international higher education think-tank - have today released the eleventh edition of the QS World University Rankings by Subject: an extensive independent comparative analysis on the performance of 13,883 individual university programs, taken by students at 1440 universities in 85 locations across the world, across 51 academic disciplines.
