The Kosovo government has declined to respond to an appeal from the EU office in Pristina to enforce a ruling of the country's Constitutional Court on a land dispute case involving the Serbian Orthodox monastery Visoki Decani in western Kosovo.

BELGRADE, DEČANI -- Milovan Drecun has accused Bajram Rexhepi of trying to diminish the gravity of an incident when a Serbian Orthodox monastery was vandalized with graffiti.

KLA graffiti appear on gate of Serb Orthodox monastery

GRAČANICA -- A graffiti reading "UCK" - Albanian for "KLA", the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army - appeared on the gate of the Visoki Dečani Monastery early on Friday.

This is according to a statement issued by the Eparchy of Raška and Prizren of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC).
