Palestine to apply ICC for killing of Turkish American activist
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has announced preparations to file a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) on the killing of Turkish American activist Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi.
Eygi was shot in her head and killed on Sept. 6 by Israel in the occupied West Bank.

At least 6 dead in Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon
At least six people were killed and seven were wounded in Lebanon's largest Palestinian refugee camp near the southern port city of Sidon, Palestinian officials said.
UNRWA, the U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees, put the death toll at six, and Lebanon's state-run National News Agency said two children were among those wounded.
We maintain support for Palestinian cause in strongest manner: Erdoğan
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Mahmoud Abbas of Palestine held a joint press conference on July 25 following their meeting at the Presidential Complex.
Erdoğan said: "We, as Türkiye, maintain our solidarity with the Palestinian people and our support for the Palestinian cause in the strongest manner."
Palestinian president honors ICYF president
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has conferred upon the president of Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), Taha Ayhan, a medal of merit at the Palestinian seat of government in Ramallah.
Ayhan was awarded the medal in recognition of his role in supporting the Palestinian youth and defending Palestine's cause.

Palestine no longer bound by Israeli, US accords: Abbas
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said on May 19 that the country is terminating all agreements and understandings signed with Israel and the U.S., including on security.
Abbas made the announcement at a Palestinian leadership meeting in Ramallah. The decision came in response to the proposed Israeli annexation of parts of the West Bank.
Palestinians cut ties with Israel, US after rejecting peace plan
The Palestinian Authority has cut all ties with the United States and Israel, including those relating to security, after rejecting a Middle East peace plan presented by U.S. President Donald Trump, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said on Feb. 1.
Abbas was in Cairo to address the Arab League, which backed the Palestinians in their opposition to Trump's plan.
