A 60-km highway connecting the Kosovo capital of Pristina to the border of North Macedonia was officially opened on Wednesday. "If yesterday we dreamed of a Kosovo like this, today it is a reality," President Hashim Thaci of Kosovo said at the ceremony held close to the border with North Macedonia.

Pristina threatens to arrest Serb List members over ZSO
The formation of the ZSO has been awaited for five years, as it is Pristina's obligation under the EU-brokered 2013 Brussels agreement.
The Kosovo minister of infrastructure, Pal Lekaj, is now threatening members of the Serb List with arrest should they form the ZSO.

Kosovo Delays Vote on Wesley Clark Coal Scheme
Kosovo's Parliamentary Commission on Economic Development on Tuesday postponed voting on sending the government's decision to issue a coal research licence to the company Kosovo Energy LLC Envidity for parliamentary approval after opposition MPs demanded more clarity about a scheme that some have described as a virtual monopoly.
