A total of 26 names from Türkiye entered the 2023 billionaires list published by Forbes, while İbrahim Erdemoğlu, the owner of a holding company manufacturing carpet, has officially surpassed Yıldız Holding chair Murat Ülker to take the title of the country's richest billionaire.

A total of 27 corporate tax champions and 53 top individual taxpayers in two top 100 taxpayers' lists have said they want to be kept anonymous, including Turkey's biggest corporate taxpayer. 

Turkey?s Finance Ministry has revealed its 100 tax champions of 2014, with members of the Tara family, owner of construction giant ENKA, and the Koç family finishing in prominent positions. 

Some 38 names in the top 100 list asked to remain anonymous in 2014, one of the highest in recent years.
