"He was a nice and gentle soul. I think he was the best father ever," Djulepa recalled. "He fulfilled all the wishes that he could fulfil for me and my sister."

According to Djulepa, two drunken men came and seized her father on August 2, 1992, saying that they were taking him for questioning.

"To me, he [Cengic] represents one of the greatest heroes," Halilovic said, adding he had long wondered why no tribute had been paid to the great sportsman who perished saving a neighbour in the building where he lived.

According to him, that statement undermines the objectivity of the European Union's policy in the Western Balkans.
European Commissioner for Enlargement, Olivr Vrhelyi, previously welcomed the decision of the Government of Serbia to withdraw the cancellation of hospitality to the Ambassador of Montenegro and called on Montenegro to do the same.

In his opening address at the Kopaonik Business Forum, Vlahovic, a former cabinet minister, said that Serbia's public debt is close to 60 percent of GDP and that we now have a better credit rating than some EU countries.
