Kosovo to Penalise Denial of Serbian War Crimes

Hoxhaj said that Kosovo Serbian political representatives in the Belgrade-backed Srpska Lista party, as well as state officials in Serbia, had long hidden the truth and denied proven crimes committed by Serbia in its former province.

Pristina official: I never spoke about "pact against Serbia"
He added said that the headline of the Dec. 1 article heard around the region was worlds apart from what he actually said.
I never said anything on creating a regional pact against Serbia. The headline of the article and what I actually said are two completely different things, Hoxhaj told the Montenegrin Antena M TV.
"Red light from Brussels - Albanophobia, only explanation"
According to the deputy Kosovo PM, the only explanation would be "a type of Albanophobia among certain European capitals and we would really need to look into how we behave in relation to the EU."
Speaking for Pristina-based Zeri, Hoxhaj added that "the EU has no reason not to conclude this process."

"I have stated many times that on the basis of the recommendations of the Constitutional Court, the community of municipalities with a Serb majority should be formed, when Kosovo gets the seat in the UN. There is no need to even think about its establishment, until that issue has been resolved," Hoxhaj said.
Pristina wants ZSO to be formed "when Kosovo joins UN"
Hoxhaj told Radio Free Europe that Kosovo should not hurry to form the ZSO (Community of Serb Municipalities) - and that it should become functional when Kosovo gets a chair in the United Nations as a full member.
