The commercial property prices in Türkiye increased by 98.2 percent in the final quarter of 2023 from the same period of the previous year, the Central Bank has said.

The bank started to publish the commercial property prices for the first time on Feb. 26.

The Hellenic Development Bank (EAT) will activate the third edition of the Entrepreneurship Fund (TEPIX III), with a total budget of 500 million euros.

It aims to support entrepreneurship with loans and guarantees of a total amount of €2.2 billion through the leverage of funds from the banks as well.

Greece constitutes one of the most "optimistic investment narratives" and the biggest recovery story for foreign portfolios and international fund managers at the moment.

Far from enthusiastic, investment funds have been reserved about the prospects of Greek stocks and the country's post-bailout period at the annual Greek Investment Roadshow, which ends on Friday in the US. The tone had already been set by Tuesday and Wednesday, both important days for the seventh installment of the event.
