President, MHP leader reach 'full agreement' on key issues

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has reportedly said he reached a "full agreement" with Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahçeli on a range of issues during their meeting held on Nov. 14.

Erdoğan and Bahçeli, partners in the ruling alliance, discussed a variety of topics, including domestic and foreign policy as well as the economy, media reports said.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan condemned the deadly terrorist attack on the facilities of the aerospace and defense company TUSAŞ in Ankara on Oct. 23 during the BRICS meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia's Kazan province.

"We have four martyrs and 14 wounded. I condemn this heinous terrorist attack and wish mercy on our martyrs," Erdoğan said.

"We want to see a different style and discourse in politics," Erdoğan told his ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) members in parliament on Oct. 9.

Amid a backdrop of regional conflict, Erdoğan noted the importance of cooperation.
