Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is contemplating withdrawing from the race to support Republican contender Donald Trump, according to vice presidential candidate Nicole Shanahan.

Facebook-owner Meta said on Aug. 18 it had kicked one of the most influential U.S. anti-vaccination groups off the social media network for spreading COVID-19 misinformation.

The Children's Health Defense (CHD), which has been a critic of COVID vaccines, immediately accused Meta of stifling its free speech rights.

Kennedy was speaking, non-sequiturs and all, at the invitation of parliamentarians from the far-right Confederation Liberty and Independence coalition (Konfederacja Wolnosc i Niepodleglosc, often shortened to Konfederacja), whose leadership include vaccination sceptics.
