Child Struck by Bus in Sunny Beach

A 7-year-old boy was struck by a bus in Sunny Beach last night, reports BNR. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. near the "Continental" bus stop. The bus, a "MAN" with Sofia plates, was driven by a 65-year-old man who hit the child while he was crossing the road for reasons that remain unclear.

Electric vehicle sales expected to almost double this year

The size of Türkiye's electric car market is expected to nearly double this year as sales are forecast to reach 120,000 units.

Last year, 72,179 EVs were sold in the country, pointing to an 833 percent increase from 2022, which made Türkiye the fastest-growing EV market in Europe. In terms of the number of EV sales, Türkiye ranked 8th in Europe.

Fiat Chrysler plant in Kragujevac produces first test units of new electric car

KRAGUJEVAC - The Fiat Chrysler plant in Kragujevac, central Serbia, has produced the initial test units of the first-ever electric car to be manufactured in Serbia, Tanjug learns.

They are undergoing crash tests and other testing inside the factory complex.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Italian PM Giorgia Meloni in Belgrade on Sunday afternoon.

At a joint press conference after the meeting, Vucic said they had discussed all important issues and agreed that Serbia and Italy, as exceptionally friendly countries, maintained good political and economic relations.
