Pogačar bounces back to win stage 6 of Tour de France
Slovenian rider Tadej Pogačar bounced back from a bad day in the first mountain test in the Pyrenees in this year's Tour de France to claim a solo victory in stage 6 and to climb to second spot overall. The defending champion Jonas Vingegaard put on the yellow jersey.

Tadej Pogačar loses yellow jersey in Tour de France
Serre Chevalier – Slovenia’s cycling star Tadej Pogačar lost the yellow jersey of the overall leader at the world’s most prestigious road cycling race on Wednesday as he finished the eleventh stage in seventh place. The 23-year-old defending champion was 2 minutes and 53 seconds behind the winner, Jonas Vingegaard from Denmark, who claimed the jersey.
Roglič overall winner of Criterium du Dauphine
Annecy – Slovenian rider Primož Roglič won the eight-day Criterium du Dauphine road cycling race after letting Jumbo Visma teammate Jonas Vingegaard of Denmark take the final mountain stage between Saint-Alban-Leysse and Plateau de Salaison.

Tadej Pogačar back-to-back winner of Tour de France
Paris – Slovenia’s Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates) has won the 108th Tour de France to become the youngest double winner of the world’s most prestigious cycling race.
The 22-year-old also won the white jersey for the best young rider and the polka dot jersey for the top mountain climber.

Bordeaux – At 22 years of age Slovenian rider Tadej Pogačar secured his second straight overall victory of the Tour de France by placing 8th in the penultimate stage, the time-trial between Libourne and Saint-Emilion.

Bordeaux – Slovenia’s Matej Mohorič (Bahrain Victorious) won stage 19 of the Tour de France from Mourenx to Libourne on Friday after attacking 25km from finish, surging clear from a large breakaway group.

Race leader Pogačar wins 17th stage of Tour de France
Pau – Slovenia’s cycling star and yellow jersey wearer Tadej Pogačar won the 17th stage of the Tour de France on Wednesday to increase his overall lead. Pogačar, the defending champion riding for UAE Emirates team, remains the man to beat at this year’s race ahead of the final four stages.
Pogačar wins stage five of Tour de France
Rennes – Slovenian cycling star Tadej Pogačar won stage five of the Tour de France race on Wednesday. Last year’s winner of the Tour was 19 seconds faster than Stefan Küng from Switzerland in the 27.2-kilometre individual time trial between Changé and Laval Espace Mayenne. Slovenia’s other star, Primož Roglič, was 44 seconds behind, finishing seventh.

Roglič wins his second Tour of the Basque Country, Pogačar 3rd
Bilbao – Slovenian cyclist Primož Roglič (Jumbo-Visma) put up an excellent effort in the last stage of the Tour of the Basque Country on Saturday to win the six-stage race for the second time in his career. His younger compatriot Tadej Pogačar was third overall.
