Man collects toy cars for 43 years
A 51-year-old man from the southern province of Antalya who has been collecting toy cars for the past 43 years now wishes to donate them to a toy museum to make his name remembered.
"I first bought my toy car when I was eight with a pocket money I got from my uncle," Mustafa Dere said.
His collection consists of more than a thousand toy cars of different colors and types.

Benaki Museum unveils a castle full of toys
The Benaki Toy Museum, housed in a fairy-tale edifice at Palaio Faliro on Athens's southern coast, is poised to open its doors to the public for the first time Sunday.
It is the latest addition to the Benaki group of museums and is based on a vast collection of vintage toys donated by Maria Argyriadi.

The Benaki Museum is unveiling the latest addition to its already sizable family. The Toy Museum is housed in a late 19th century villa on Athens's southern coast that resembles a fairy-tale castle which was donated to the Benaki Museum by Vera Kouloura.

Toys draw visitors to museum
Nearly 3,000 old toys, collected by Turkish writer Sunay Akın from all around the world, are being displayed at the Antalya Toy Museum, which was opened by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality in 2011.
The toys date back to the years between 1890 and 1980.
