Turkey’s first Nobel laureate ties knot
Orhan Pamuk, a prominent novelist and Turkey's first Nobel laureate, has tied the knot with Aslı Akyavaş, with whom he has been together for nearly 10 years.
The couple's wedding ceremony was held at Beyoğlu Municipality's Office in presence of their close family members due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Orhan Pamuk Museum of Innocence opens in London
The famous writer, Orhan Pamuk , is the world’s first writer to create a novel and a museum about his work as well as to have a documentary made about his project.
Pamuk came up with the idea in 1990s to write a novel and to make a museum at the same time.

Orhan Pamuk's museum to go to London for show next year
Exhibits from the Museum of Innocence, the award-winning Istanbul museum created by the Nobel Prize-winning novelist Orhan Pamuk in 2012, will go on show early next year at the Somerset House in London as part of a special display, the Art Newspaper has reported.

Literature prize to Orhan Pamuk
Turkish Nobel laureate novelist Orhan Pamuk has been named the recipient of this year's Erdal Öz Literary Prize. The prize is named after the late founder of the Can Publishing House and given to a writer who published a work in the last three years.
