Dijana Hrkalovi

Criminal extra-trial Chamber of the Special Department of the High Court in Belgrade rejected the appeal of the defense attorneys of the former State Secretary in the Ministry of the Interior, Dijana Hrkalovi.
Her defense attorneys appealed for the pre-trial judge's decision to be changed and for her detention to be lifted, so that she could be released pending trial.

On the recommendation of Dejan Milenkovi Bagzi, the then head of the Service for Special Investigative Methods (SSIM) of the Criminal Police Directorate, Coka Damjanovi was brought from the city police as the chief operative of the group.

At the beginning of the interview, Vui commented on the arrest of Dijana Hrkalovi.
"This is evidence in the possession of the competent state authorities, related to the murder of Mr. Milosevic. After that, I assume that the DNA was changed, and that some people were released instead of being convicted. I assume that is one of the reasons," he said.
