KOSOVSKA MITROVICA -- A court in Kosovska Mitrovica on Thrusday decided to keep Oliver Ivanovic in custody for another two months.
The trial for crimes allegedly committed by the Serb political leader in Kosovo in 1999 and 2000 also resumed today.

Kosovo Serb Politician 'Led Deadly Police Squad'
Isa Mustafa, a key witness in the high-profile trial of Ivanovic, told the court in Mitrovica on Wednesday that the Serb politician was one of a group of paramilitaries who seized him and other ethnic Albanians on April 14, 1999, when the killings took place.

Trial of Oliver Ivanovic and four other Serbs in January
BELGRADE - The trial of leader of the Citizens' Initiative ‘Freedom, Democracy, Justice' (GI SDP) Oliver Ivanovic and four other Serbs accused to have committed grave crimes against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) during 1999 and 2000 will begin in late January of next year.
Indictments against 5 Serbs
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - An indictment by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Office against five Serbs lists a war crime committed during the war in Kosovo, in April 1999, and aggravated murder of ethnic Albanians in February 2000.
The accused pleaded not guilty on all counts at the first hearing on Tuesday.

Oliver Ivanovic pleads not guilty
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Leader of the Citizen Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP) Oliver Ivanovic has pleaded not guilty before the court of first instance in Kosovska Mitrovica on all counts of the indictment for involvement in war crimes in 1999 and 2000.
"I am absolutely not guilty," he replied to judge Roxana Comsa.

Five Serbs indicted for crimes against Albanians
BELGRADE – A prosecutor from the Special Prosecution Office in Kosovo filed an indictment with the Basic Court in Mitrovica charging leader of the Citizens’ Initiative “Freedom, Democracy, Justice” Oliver Ivanovic and four other Serbs with crimes against ethnic Albanians in the province, lawyers of the accused said Wednesday.
