Woman fights for justice after cousin killed in road accident
Following her cousin's death in a traffic accident in 2012, a woman has been fighting a legal battle ever since against the driver involved, who received a milder sentence.
In 2012, a car hit Gökhan Demir in Istanbul while he was trying to cross the street. Demir lost his life after staying in a coma for nine days.

Turkish tennis player claims title with partner in junior girls’ doubles at US Open
Turkish tennis player Ä°pek Soylu and Jil Belen Teichmann of Switzerland defeated Vera Lapko of Belarus and Teresa Mihalikova of Slovakia to claim the title in the Junior Girlsâ Doubles Final in the U.S. Open on Sept. 6.
Soylu and Teichmann defeated their rivals 5-7, 6-2, (10-7) at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York.
