BELGRADE - Red Star Belgrade have caused a major upset in the basketball Euroleague by defeating Barcelona 76-65 (9-16, 31-15, 20-17, 16-17) at a sold-out Kombank Arena in the third round of European basketball's top-tier competition late Wednesday.

A court on Oct. 19 handed a 25-year jail term to one man over the killing of a Serbian basketball fan in Istanbul in 2014, while six other defendants were released.

BELGRADE - Belgrade's water polo club Partizan will welcome Turkish Galatasaray on Saturday and fans will be allowed to attend the postponed match of the first round of Group B of the Championship League.
