Archaeologists discover 8600-year-old bread at Çatalhöyük
Archaeologists have discovered nearly 8,600-year-old bread in the Çatalhöyük Neolithic settlement, one of the first places of urban settlement in the world in central Anatolian province of Konya. The site was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2012.

Nova Gorica company makes its largest industrial baking oven
Nova Gorica – Gostol Gopan, a Nova Gorica-based company that makes industrial ovens and equipment for large bakeries, has announced that it shipped the largest thermal oil baking oven they have ever built. It was sold to one of Europe’s largest bakeries from Hungary. This thermal oil baking oven made by Gostol Gopan is 3 metres wide, 17 metres long and 5.3 metres high.

Family lives in truck amid COVID-19 outbreak
A 56-year-old man has moved with his family to a wooden house built inside a truck in protection against the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Ömer Birinci, who lives in the Black Sea province of Trabzon, built the 20-square-meter house inside the truck as there is a ban on building in the city's highlands.

Archaelogists Discover Roman Kilns, Water Well in Bulgaria's Pavlikeni
Four kilns and a water well from the Roman period have been discovered in the town of Pavlikeni, in northern Bulgaria.
The four ovens for baking pottery are just like the more than 50 furnaces in the ancient Roman ceramic factory located in a Roman military veteran's villa outside the modern-day town in the 1970s, according to Bulgarian media reports.
