Blue Origin Will Take First Woman Astronaut to the Moon
Jeff Bezos' space company Blue Origin will take the first woman to the moon's surface, the billionaire said on Friday as NASA nears a decision to pick its first privately built lunar landers capable of sending astronauts to the moon by 2024.

Lockheed, Pentagon 'still working toward F-35 fighter deal'

"We're closer now than we were at the beginning of the month," said one of the sources, who was not authorized to speak publicly.

Lockheed Martin Corp met its goal of delivering 45 F-35 fighter jets to the U.S. government and key allies in 2015, a 25 percent increase from 2014 that brought the number of jets delivered to 154, the Pentagon said on Dec. 21.
