While Turkey's struggle against the COVID-19 virus brings more rigid actions for social life, the arts and culture scene is trying to survive with what they have in hand. On the other hand, Turkey's contemporary art scene stays positive and active amid the COVID-19 crisis.

Today, with the spread of the COVID-19 virus all around the world, everyone is minimizing the time they spend with others. However, as human beings, we are entitled and conditioned to communicate fully all the time. Considering that art is a way and medium of communication, we are opening a new path in the arts and culture world with new kinds of communication systems.

The Bucharest public will be able to discover, Friday night, 69 museums, art galleries, foreign cultural centers, art hubs and alternative spaces at the 13th edition of the White Night of the Art Galleries - WNG.

Social media accounts and websites from museums and historical sites managed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism have been consolidated into one website.

Sam Thorne, the artistic director of Tate St. Ives, an art gallery in Cornwall, England, will be this week's Museum Talks guest on April 7.
