Theodoros Papageorgiou | Dimitsana | To January 6
The Piraeus Bank Cultural Foundation presents a collection of photographs by Theodoros Papageorgiou, who traveled across the Peloponnese capturing the beauty of its lakes, beaches and rivers. "The Color of Water" in on display at the foundation's Open-Air Water Power Museum through January 6. Opening hours are Wednesdays to Mondays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hundreds attend spectacular horse parade in Argos (VIDEO-PHOTOS)
Hundreds of locals and visitors gathered to attend the “2017 Diomedia Horse Parade” that took place in Argos, on Sunday November 5.
The much anticipated equestrian event started at 10am in the morning in the center of the city of Argos, and ended at Kefalari parkland, in the afternoon.

Historic Kifissia hotel shuts down — possible new management
The historic Pentelikon Hotel in the upscale northern suburb of Kifissia unexpectedly closed its doors on Monday, after a dispute between the property’s new owners and the proprietor of the business, Vardis SA.
According to reports, the hotel will open under a new management. Some 80 employees were employed at Pentelikon, a landmark in Kifissia’s Kefalari district.
Luxury Pentelikon Hotel in northern Athens closes down
Guests and staff at the Pentelikon Hotel in northern Athens were informed this morning that it was closing down due to financial problems.
Visitors were advised to find alternative accommodation, while employees were told they would not be needed after noon.
