Heavy Snowfall Leaves Borovets and Other Bulgarian Regions Without Electricity
Borovets, one of Bulgaria's most popular ski resorts, has been left entirely without electricity, as confirmed by a statement on the resort's official Facebook page. According to the electricity distribution company, power supply in the area is expected to be restored around 2:00 p.m. today. As a result, the ski area will remain closed until noon.

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has met with Botevgrad Mayor Ivan Gavalyugugov to discuss the city's water supply. The mayor briefed the prime minister on the problems and the water situation in the area, the government press office reported. Botevgrad is supplied with water from the Bebresh dam.

Murder in Botevgrad: Man Suspected of Stabbing his Wife to Death
The police is searching for a 42 year-old man from the town of Botevgrad, West Bulgaria, Sofia district, Bulgaria's Ministry of Interior announced on 19th of March. The stabbing was reported on the emergency line 112 about 17.30, reports BNT.

'Vitinya' Tunnel To Be Closed Today
"Vitinya" Tunnel on "Hemus" Highway leading from Sofia to Varna will be closed today between 11:00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m., said the Road Infrastructure Agency, reported Dnevnik.
Meanwhile an official survey on the installation in the tunnel will be conducted, where cables and daub fell over a passing bus a couple of days ago. The traffic will be transferred to the following routes:

At Least Three Dead, Two Heavily Injured in Pile-up on Bulgaria's Hemus Motorway
At least two people died and two other were heavily injured after a multiple vehicle collision occurred in one of the tunnels of Hemus motorway on Thursday.
The collision, which involved more than fifty vehicles, occurred in the tunnel of Vitinya in the direction of Varna.
