Vucic: Incentives for investors in next two years only
NOVI SAD - Leader of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Aleksandar Vucic called on investors to come to Serbia and announced that they will be granted investment incentives in the next two years only.
“In the next two years, we will grant special incentives for investors looking to open new jobs,” Vucic said during the SNS meeting held in Novi Sad late on Friday within the party's electoral campaign.
He called on foreign investors to come to Serbia as soon as possible because incentives would be granted in the next two years only with the aim of employing the young and experts who were dismissed as their companies shut down.
Vucic underscored that the SNS goal is to win a majority of votes in the early parliamentary elections on March 16 so as to be able to conduct reforms.
He noted that on March 16, Serbia's future will be determined and that voters' support is the key of any success and hope.
“The electoral campaign has never been shorter and the outcome never as important. We will not have power or ability to carry out reforms unless we win 50 percent of votes,” Vucic said addressing citizens.
He once more announced a merciless fight against 'thieves and tycoons' and underscored that SNS will not let them run Serbia.
Vucic underscored that the fight against corruption is not just a moral act but also a vital point for the progress of the country's economy.
“Only after we have dealt with tycoons, the economy will be able to make progress,” he said.
