Kocijancic: Date of next round unknown

BRUSSELS - The next round of the talks concerning the normalization of the relations between Belgrade and Pristina has not been scheduled yet and it is unknown when it will be held, Maja Kocijancic, spokesperson of the EU High Representative Catherine Ashton, told reporters on Friday.

EU realizes that Serbia faces an election, but it is unknown at the moment if the next round of the talks will be held before or after the election, she stated.

The most recent round of the negotiations was held last month, when Serbia's Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Kosovo's Prime Minister Hasim Taci failed to reach an agreement about the judicial aspects related to the creation of the community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo.
