Ways to improve Serbia's image abroad
BELGRADE - A conference concerning the lobby on Serbia's EU path and an open exhibition of themed cartoons and comics will be organised in Belgrade on Thursday within the celebration of the Europe Day, May 9.
The conference entitled 'How to improve Serbia's image during the membership talks - Does lobby help' is organised by the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration in cooperation with the EU Delegation in Serbia and the Fund for an Open Society, the EU Info Centre released on Wednesday.
The conference is organised for the eighth time in a row and it will be attended by Head of the EU Delegation in Serbia Michael Davenport and Serbian minister without portfolio responsible for European integration Jadranka Joksimovic.
The panel will also be attended by Slovenian Ambassador in Serbia and former deputy head of the Slovenian negotiating team Franc But and Director of the Representative Office of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce in Brussels Dragica Martinovic.
The exhibition of cartoons and comics entitled 'Myths and prejudice - how we see Europe and how Europe sees us' will be opened by Davenport in downtown Belgrade on Thursday.
