Government passes bills in judiciary sphere

BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted at Thursday's session eight bills in the judiciary sphere, which will be forwarded to the parliament for an urgent debate.

The government adopted the bill on enforcement of criminal sanctions and the bill on enforcement of alternative sanctions, it was stated after the government's session.

Moreover, the government passed the bill on public attorney's office, the bill on dispute resolution by mediation and the bill on amendments to the Penal Code.

The bill on amendments to the Law on Litigation Procedure was also adopted, the government's press office said.

The government passed the bill on amendments to the Law on Extra-Judicial procedure and the bill on amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security.
