MUP ordered to look into Šarić's allegations

BELGRADE -- The Organized Crime Prosecution has asked the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) to check the allegations presented during his trial on Monday by Darko Šarić.

The suspected drug lord said that UKP chief Rodoljub Milović was the person he previously referred to as "General Papaya" - a high ranking police official who allegedly had ties with criminal circles, and had "framed him with the whole case."

Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljević announced on Tuesday that the order was given to check these statements.
