Yugoslav Army Responsible for Vukovar Crimes, Says Hadzic

The Yugoslav People’s Army was responsible for war crimes around the Croatian town of Vukovar in 1991, former Croatian Serb leader Goran Hadzic told his trial at the Hague Tribunal.
