Dan Helciug: Bucharest needs intelligent investments to be Little Paris again

Talking with - or even interviewing - Dan Helciug, an actor and vocalist of Spitalul de Urgenta [The Emergency Hospital] band is a show in itself. He is fascinating when relating how he used to sing in the subway, at Romana Square station, in 1991-1992, or when he recalls his first concert in Popa Nan Street and his first music video filmed at the municipal pool of Crangasi.

In an interview to AGERPRES within the MY CITY, BUCHAREST project, Helciug did more than answering questions — he took up the challenge of acting, playing the roles we proposed him in a natural and cheerful way, although he had just travelled 40 minutes through Bucharest's jammed traffic in a taxi.
