Wide ethnographic exhibition devoted to Romania, in London

An exhibition called 'Revisiting Romania: Dress and Identity,' including over 500 folk costumes, towels, cloths and household items representing the various ethnographic areas of Romania will open in the Horniman Museum of London on Friday, October 3.

The exhibits were collected by British museographers over the last hundred years or donated by various private collectors in time. A part of the museum pieces, among which a costume that belonged to Queen Maria of Romania, come from other London-based museums with similar collections.
