Stefanovic attends INTERPOL General Assembly session

BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of the Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic is attending the 83rd session of INTERPOL General Assembly and the ceremony marking the 100 years of international police cooperation, taking place in Monaco, the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) said in a release on Monday.

Among the topics on the agenda will be the evolution and expansion of organized police cooperation, as well as strengthening of police cooperation through laws, policies, technologies and techniques.

The session will address the building of stronger institutions for the national and international police cooperation, contemporary criminal threats, and new challenges for police cooperation.

Serbian Police Director Milorad Veljovic and Head of the Directorate for International Operative Police Cooperation Milan Dimitrijevic are also attending the session.
