President Nikolić's son: I will demolish my illegaly built weekend cottage

President Tomislav NIkolić's son Radomir has suddenly decided to follow the law. He will demolish his illegaly built weekend cottage, he promised yesterday.

This is the first time after eleven months since "Blic" wrote about demolishing of houses illegaly built by Tomislav Nikolić's sons Branislav and Radomir, who is now the Mayor of Kragujevac, that he spoke about this issue.

 

- We did everything to legalize that object. If that is not possible, we will receive a demolition notice and we will follow the law. This is not the biggest problem in Serbia, although someone wants to represent it like it is - Radomir Nikolić said.

 

In the meantime, Nikolić's older son Branislav persistently ignored our calls. We asked him will he also demolish his illegaly built house, but we didn't get the answer.

- If I could turn back time, I would never built that house again. Yes, I made a mistake. I talked about that with my wife also. We needed a place for family reunions, where we could have a little peace and enjoy with our children. If you are asking me would I do that again, I would not - Radomir Nikolić said to our reporter.

 

Although there is no chance of getting a permission for building a house on that place, right next to the river Sava, Radomir Nikolić decided to wait for the official notice from the authorities.
