Kalemegdan Summer Festival to debut next year

BELGRADE - The Kalemegdan Summer Festival, a major electronic music festival, will be held in the summer of next year at the Kalemegdan Fortress in Belgrade.

The goal of the project is to showcase Kalemegdan - and the city of Belgrade itself - as a potential destination offering quality electronic music, and one that is expected to attract renowned Serbian and international acts in the coming years.

Quality music and performances by global electronic music stars will make the festival a special event, as will the extraordinary location itself, which will offer many other cultural and entertainment events to visitors, the organisers say.

The Kalemegdan Summer Festival will round out the tourism supply in Belgrade and create content that will attract young people from across the country, as well as many visitors from the region and other parts of Europe and the world.
