He is the new project chief of "Belgrade on water"

Nikola Nedeljković, former CEO in "Balkans Real Estate", company owned by Petar Matić, will be the new project chief of "Belgrade on water"

Nedeljković (41), as leader of one of the most important projects led by Serbian government, was chosen by "Eagle Hills" company, the investor of several million dollars worth project "Belgrade on water."

 

"Eagle Hills" found this young and perspective manager through one US company, whose basic job is finding successful managers.

 

That company was looking for potential candidates in the entire region. They choose Nedeljković because of his previous experience in finance and real estate businesses in Serbia and other countries around the world.

 

Aleksandar Trifunović, who was project chief until now, will be Nedeljković's deputy.

 

Nedeljković was CEO of "Balkans Real Estate" until May 2013. This company built "Ušće Shopping Center", "Immo Outlet Center", residential complex "Oasis" and other projects in Serbia.

 

Owner of "Balkans Real Estate" is a company owned by Petar Matić, which made partnership with US company "Meryl Lynch."

 

By 2009. Nedeljković lived in New York, where he was CEO in investement bank "UBS." For over 10 years he worked on different projects in Netherlands, Luxemburg, Hongkong and USA.

 

He graduated on Boston University, and had his master degree in engineering in Italy.
