Djokovic breezes into Australian Open 3rd round

MELBOURNE - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, currently the world number one in men's tennis, beat Russia's Andrey Kuznetsov 6-0, 6-1, 6-4 early Thursday in just 84 minutes to reach the third round of the Australian Open in Melbourne.

In the next round of the season's first Grand Slam tournament, Djokovic will face the winner of the match between Fernando Verdasco of Spain and Go Soeda of Japan.
