Belgrade mayor hosts reception for tourism fair exhibitors

BELGRADE- Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali hosted a reception for foreign exhibitors at the 37th International Fair of Tourism, ambassadors of their countries in Belgrade and representatives of local tourist organizations on Friday.

Addressing the guests at the Old Palace, Mali said that the annual trade fair was a very important event for Belgrade and the whole country, especially bearing in mind that the current one had attracted 1,100 participants from 50 countries.

He wished the guests much success at the trade fair and a nice stay in Belgrade, noting that "Serbian cuisine is very good" and the Serbian capital was known for great nightlife.

The mayor thanked the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, Serbia's partner country for this year's edition of the event, for the support in the organization of the trade fair, and he also thanked the Jamaican delegation for their country's deciding to exhibit at the International Fair of Tourism in Belgrade for the first time.
