Ukrainian MPs thank Serbia for support

BELGRAD - Ukrainian Supreme Rada members Ivan Kirilenko and Viktor Kryvenko on Wednesday thanked Serbia for supporting the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

During a break in the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Belgrade, Kirilenko told Tanjug that the meeting addressed development of information technologies and information security, which he said is a very significant issue for Ukraine.

Kirilenko and Kryvenko said that they believe that Serbia, as the current OSCE chair, will maintain an objective position regarding the Ukrainian crisis.

Kryvenko said that Ukraine has not recognised Kosovo-Metohija's independence despite enormous pressure from some countries.
