Angelina Jolie first sighted after her surgery

Angelina Jolie made her first public appearance after she had her ovaries removed.

She left her LA home, accompanied by a bodyguard who drove her luxury car. She was wearing sunglasses and even though she noticed the paparazzi, she did not seem to be in the mood to greet them.
