Vucic: We will never recognize independence of Kosovo

BRATISLAVA - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic stated Thursday that Serbia will always be willing to confer with ethnic Kosovo Albanians, but added the country will never recognize the independence of Kosovo.

"Serbia's attitude towards Kosovo will not change," he pointed out.

"We will always confer with ethnic Albanians from Kosovo, but we will never recognize Kosovo's independence," Vucic told journalists in Bratislava late Thursday after meeting Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico.
