Nikolic: Serbia supports BiH progress

BELGRADE - Serbia supports the progress of Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) and it is fully open to comprehensive cooperation, Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic in the talks with BiH Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak.

Nikolic underscored that as the guarantor of the Dayton Treaty, Serbia has the right and obligation to look after the progress of Republika Srpska, the Serbian president's press service released.

Nikolic stated that business ties between Serbia and BiH are good although there is still room for their further improvement.

Minister Crnadak said that BiH sees cooperation with Serbia as one of the key instruments of stability in the region.

He expressed gratitude to Serbia for its assistance in setting down a new European initiative based on reforms and vital issues relevant to the everyday lives of citizens, states the release.
