Stefanovic talks with FBI representatives

BELGRADE - Serbia's Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic talked in Belgrade on Thursday with representatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and U.S. Department of Justice about improvements in the cooperation in the fight against terrorism and all types of crime.

Stefanovic thanked for the assistance that representatives of the U.S. Department of State gave to the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) in organizing the Conference on Foreign Terrorist Fighters, Preventing Radicalization, and Combating Terrorism in the Balkans Region.

That is a proof of great commitment to the joint fight against terrorism which poses a global threat, the ministry said in a release.

Representatives of the FBI and Department of State voiced readiness for further improvement in the bilateral cooperation and strengthening the MUP's capacities, reads the release.
