EXPO MILANO 2015/ Georgian Ghervasie: We want to challenge the visitor to wish to see more of Romania

AGERPRES special correspondent Florin Stefan reports: The organizers of Romania's pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 do not try to make anything spectacular, they only wish to present things as they are, practically to challenge the visitor to wish to see more of Romania, general commissioner of Romania's pavilion, Georgian Ghervasie said on Tuesday, in Milan, in an interview for AGERPRES.

Even if it has the tiniest budget for the pavilion of all the EU countries, Romania is determined to draw around 10 per cent of the Expo Milano 2015 visitors, which is approximately two million persons, should the 20 million visitors' target of the Italian organizers be achieved.

At the same time, alongside displaying the Romanian traditions, potential and culinary specialities, Romania's pavilion wishes to induce the feeling of "a corner that reminds them of home" to the Romanians in Italy.

On Thursday, the pavilion will be visited by president Klaus Iohannis, and Ghervasie says that "it will be an ordinary day, with all of its ingredients of a normal day at Romania's pavilion in Italy.
