Shots fired at police in Brussels during anti-terror raid
Shots have been fired at Brussels police during a house raid in the southern suburb of Forest, in Brussels.
According to local media, gun fires were heard in an apartment.
A police officer was injured during the raid, though it was unclear whether he was hit by gunfire, a police spokeswoman said, as cited by Reuters.
She declined to comment on reports that counter-terrorism units were involved in the search.
In the meantime, authorities are on the hunt for two suspects carrying Kalashnikov guns, while the incident might be associated to the attacks in Paris on November 13, which killed 130 people, as RT reports.
