Traditional Ramadan feast at Azzur
From May 27 to June 24, Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul will offer an extensive iftar buffet, highlighting the rich heritage of Turkish and Ottoman cuisines to the accompaniment of live "fasıl" music.
Featuring classic Ramadan sherbet, a wealth of appetizers, Ramadan pide bread, cold dishes made with olive oil, regional soups, grills and kebabs, Turkish-style mantı ravioli and a selection of authentic dishes, as well as Ramadan's sweetest tastes like güllaç, stewed quince and oven baked rice pudding prepared by Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano and his team, the iftar buffet will be at AzzuR Restaurant.
For a cooling note to wrap up the dinner, guests can enjoy the gourmet flavors of Mövenpick ice cream served at the iftar buffet.
